• Amenities › Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Assembly Areas › Please familiarise yourself with the Emergency Evacuation Procedures, below, and identify your nearest assembly point.
• Behaviour › All guests have a right to the peaceful and quiet enjoyment of their site. Excessive noise, unruly behaviour, drunkenness or bad language is not tolerated in our Park. No music after 10:30pm, no loud noise after 11:00pm.
• Bikes, Scooters, Skateboards and Rollerblades › Helmets must be worn at all times. No riding after dark. For safety reasons battery or children powered scooters or motorised children cars are not to be used within the Park.
• Check-out › Check-out is 10am. Late check-out may be arranged upon arrival for a fee.
• Fires › Solid fuel fires including heat beads are not permitted at any time in the park area. Portable gas and electric BBQ's and cook tops are permitted, however they are not to be used on days of total fire ban.
• Garbage › Bins are located throughout the Park. Please assist us by wrapping up non recyclable garbage prior to disposal.
• Liability › Park Operators and Management are not liable to guests or third parties for any personal injury, loss or damage. The Principal occupant must be over 18 and is responsible for their children's and visitors' actions. Guests must ensure that property and valuables are stored securely at all times.
• Minors › Guests under 18 years of age must be under parental supervision at all times. After 9pm, children must confine social activities to a site under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Pets › allowed after Easter and until the week before Melbourne Cup.
• Refunds › We do not give refunds for early departure, or if you simply change your mind or circumstances, or if you have selected the wrong accommodation.
• Site/Cabin Occupancy › Sites and Accommodation are to be left in a clean and tidy manner or a cleaning fee will apply. No mechanical repairs to be carried out within the Park.
• Smoking › No smoking in any buildings, cabins or communal area.
• Speed Limit › Strictly 5kph within Park boundaries.
• Swimming Pool › Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No food, alcohol or glass in the pool area. Please do not use Park towels in the pool area.
• Vehicle Parking › Provision is made for 2 vehicles per site or 1 car plus boat. Additional and visitors' vehicles may be parked in the visitors' car park or outside the Park.
• Water Usage › Water restrictions apply. Use water conservatively.
• Visitors › All visiting guests will incur a fee of $10 per adult and $5 per child. Must attend the office to sign the Visitors' Register before entering the Park.

Park Management reserves the right:

• To relocate or cancel any reservation at any time;
• To remove, without notice, any person(s) who contravene these and other park regulations and/or behave in an offensive or disorderly manner that affects the well-being of the Park and its Users. This may result in charges to the site user.

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

• On hearing the Evacuation Siren or being verbally directed to evacuate, you are to:
• 1. Evacuate to your Emergency Assembly Area located at:
      1. Car Park adjacent to Conference Room (Tourist Section)
      2. Amenities Block 5 (near Games Room in Tourist Section)
      3. Amenites Block 6 (near Annual Sites 40 & 41)
      4. Amenities Block 7 (opposite Annual Cabin 36 & 37)
• 2. report to the Warden at the Assembly Area;
• 3. remain at the Assembly Area until released by the Area Warden.
