Booking Conditions:

» Tariffs and charges apply from 1st June 2008, but are subject to change.

» All tariffs are for 2 persons, with a charge for an extra adult and child (5-16 yr).

» There is a surcharge of $20 for a one night stay in a cabin.

» No charge for children under 5 years.

» Linen and bedding packs for bunks $15 each.

» Visitors Fee:   Adults day $10 overnight $20

» Child (5 – 16yr) day $5 overnight $10

» Late check-out (Visitors day fee applies).

» Discounts are provided for Top Tourist Membership, Group and Corporate bookings.

» Minimum bookings apply for Peak (Christmas, New Year, January School Holidays, Easter and Major Rowing Events) and Mid-peak (other School Holidays,

» Long Weekends and Minor Rowing events) periods.

» Depending on tariff period, a minimum number of persons apply in the Bunkhouses.

» A 50% deposit must be paid to confirm bookings (within 14 days), with the balance payable on arrival.

» The tariff charged when confirming a booking is the amount payable.

» Check-in is 2:00pm onwards. (Any anticipated arrivals after 6:00pm should notify Reception.)

» Park facilities are strictly for paying guests only (a day and overnight visitors fee applies).

» Allowance is provided for 2 car spaces per booking.

» Conditions and fees apply to all cancellations.

» A security bond may be charged in some circumstances at the discretion of management.

» Check-out time is 10:00am. (A late check-out will incur the visitors’ day fee.)

» Guests will be issued a 5 digit PIN boom-gate code for each vehicle on arrival to access the Park.

» No fee is charged for using the private boat ramp, or any recreation facilities. (A security bond is charged for borrowing sports equipment.)

» All guests must abide by the ‘NLLP Rules and Conditions’.
